1. Booking & Payments

Any token amount, booking amount, or advance payment made through CityPlot.in or directly to the company is considered part of the property booking process.

Payments may be made through online transfer, cheque, UPI, or bank deposit, as mutually agreed upon.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

Written Request: A formal cancellation request must be submitted via email to [info@cityplot.in] along with booking reference details.

Cancellation Window: Cancellation is only allowed within [7–15] working days from the date of booking or as per the specific terms agreed during booking.

Processing Time: Approved cancellations will be processed within 15 business days after verification.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following conditions:

Full refund will be processed only if the cancellation is made within the mentioned time and no agreement has been executed.

Partial or no refund may apply if administrative or legal costs have been incurred.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

If the cancellation is made after the stipulated period.

If property documentation or legal processing has already started.

If agreement to sale or sale deed has been executed.

For any government or legal fees paid on behalf of the client.
5. Cancellation by CityPlot.in
In rare cases, if a project is canceled due to regulatory, legal, or administrative issues, CityPlot.in will offer a full refund to customers who have paid in advance.
6. Modification of Policy
CityPlot.in reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
